Dear @airindia @TataCompanies , Just boarded a flight at Mumbai to Bangalore AI2642 and it is Dirty Stinky and feels puckish. The Chairs are broken, the safety jacket is all over place. The air hostess rather than acknowledging she is smiling at the situation. Horrible experience

@shoffr_in even after pre booking 6 hrs before hand and paying you full payment in advance, you cant even arrange a cab in time and cancel it at last minute. Seems like you have stopped caring enough (not only your customers but your own business too).
