This week is all to do with sexuality. Sexuality is such a complex topic that I truly appreciate the opportunity to learn more of. One new topic to me is two-spirit. I was so unaware that the Indigenous population have their own terminology as well! How wonderful! #GS1000W2082

The "Intersextion" documentary really opened my eyes about the intersex community. I have heard very little about this population until this course. More awareness and supports should be instilled to make these people feel more included and appreciated #GS1000W2082

@Newfie_Gem @Divindaya I completely agree! Gender identity and sex are two separate ideas that have very little to do with one another, despite society often thinking it does. Sex is very much biology based, while gender is based on how YOU feel, and what YOU feel you may identify with. #GS1000W2082
