This is INSANE.
If one juror has doubts about guilt but is refusing to vote NOT GUILTY, that juror is not entitled to manufacture a guilty verdict simply because they refuse to move.
Reasonable doubt = NOT GUILTY.
And the State is actually OBJECTING to removing this juror?
The system is not supposed to be about forcing a mistrial just so the state can try again at all costs.
It’s not folding or a back bone when the juror is not going by the law. He took an oath to follow that law regardless of personal feelings. That’s what our system is built on. #lindsayclancy
Now Jenny, now she killed her kids because she was depressed and done?? And they were her protective factor, so she had to kill them to kill herself. But on Day 1, you said it was because her life wasn’t perfect anymore and she couldn’t handle people knowing. #lindsayclancy
Now Jenny, that’s not a rational thought. I guarantee you Pat or her mother more than likely said don’t tell anyone that. Those are intrusive thoughts. #lindsayclancy
Jenny, she’s bipolar. It doesn’t matter what amount she took, she took the antidepressants and was thrown into mania. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
also tuck your blouse in please. #lindsayclancy
@MoiraNe90273356 Because as a prosecutor you stick with facts with your case. Not manipulation. If her case was strong, she wouldn’t need to draw an emotional response from the jury with a bow. Jurors should not convict on emotions and she knows that. I didn’t make fun of her, I find it odd.
@VanityFair Reach out to ULYSSES
BENTLEY and ASK HIM why @Lane_Kiffin benched him. I’m not even an Ole Miss Fan but everybody in Oxford knew and didn’t like it.
Lane Kiffin is one of the most controversial and fiercely hated coaches in college football, following his shocking departure from Ole Miss for a $91 million contract at LSU. “No coach I talked to at any point ever said, ‘stay there.’” Kiffin says. “You got one life” https://t.co/kNueefe5qK
