How many times do I have to call you and visit Vodafone store for resolving the issue!?
I feel I am wasting my time by contacting customer support.

@GoibiboSupport Please go ahead with the refund of 25%. Also, Please make a note to keep an eye on the actual offering by the properties registered with Goibibo rather what is communicated to customer. So clients don't have to go through what we went through.

Really very disappointing to share that the company don't keep a check on their listed properties. All the basic facilities like hygene, fresh towel, waterbottle,glass,TV,water heater are missing in a property in indore and hotel says we cnt give. Do whtever u want.
@GoibiboSupport See that we have raised the issues on the real time basis at the time of checking in and your team responded promptly. However, the hotel failed to rectify the issues and responded bluntly "do whatever u can, This is what it is."
@GoibiboSupport Dear Kunal, I think there shouldn't be any point of negotiation or a good will gesture here when it is clearly mentioned in your own terms and conditions that client gets full refund in case of service deficiency from the side of hotel. Kindly do the needful.
@GoibiboSupport Kindly refer the attached screenshot of the booking confirmation by @goibibo and check point 3 which says 100% money back in case of service issues. And the mentioned are major service issues.
@GoibiboSupport I have shared photo for the broken lock and have mentioned the unhygienic condition of the availed rooms. The remark & the attitude by the hotel person was very disturbing-"Sir, you can do whatever you want.This is what it is. Nothing more will be Provided" when asked for towel.
@GoibiboSupport The issues remained unsolved. We were offered the rooms without locks and any basic requirements. Our complain was closed by @goibibo saying that all requirements were met by the hotel.

It's very disappointing to share that the order placed at 2.20 with @swigg has not been delivered yet.
I suggest @Swiggy not to accept the order if the delivery is not possible. It's very unprofessional.
