[KK @KirubiK]

Populous countries still do better than us. China DPR 1:950, India 1:1700, Nigeria DPR 1:3500 #sickat50

[KK @KirubiK]

Health is a basic need n a very expensive service in govts of the world. Will poorer counties be able to afford med devolution? #sickat50

[KK @KirubiK]

If it is such a good idea to fund medcare from local govt. Why is the county assembly funded from the central govt? #sickat50

[KK @KirubiK]

Bulk Drs. (3800/4581) are private n urban. Your govt wants to disrupt the centrally controlled medical services into counties #sickat50

[KK @KirubiK]

The current Doctor to Patient ratio in Kenya approx 1: 8700. WHO recommended 1: 5000 and recently revised it to 1:600 #sickat50

[KK @KirubiK]

There are only 4581 actively practising doctors in Kenya right now catering for 44,000,000 Kenyans. #sickat50

[KK @KirubiK]

Devolution will only work if your county assembly uses own public amenities like hosp. o/wise pay for private like everybody else #sickat50
