These drones, printed on EOS SLS systems using PA 603-CF and PA 2200, show how AM enables lightweight, complex designs.

The parts were vapor smoothed by @AvidProduct using the PostPro SF100 for a smooth & sealed surface and more durable results. Thank you for having us on site!

What happens when AM moves from producing a few hundred thousands of parts to millions?

For @iSOLIDS investing in automated vapor smoothing helped address challenges like surface absorption and watertightness, supporting applications where these characteristics are essential.

That’s a wrap on OTWorld 2026! A big thank you to everyone who visited us at Booth H53 over the past few days. It was great to see so much engagement around the orthotics and prosthetics applications on display.

Thank you to everyone involved in making it a successful show.

[AMT PostPro @amtpostpro]

We’ve loved seeing the interest in the wide range of O&P applications on display at our booth on day 2 at OTWorld.

If you’re attending, stop by Booth H53 in Hall 1 and say hello to the team.
