@SGV_UK Also thought, we have a lot of powerful light bombarding our planet right now and it can be disorientating to our bodies and minds. Its a good thing, but doing a simple grounding exercise each day, imagining tree roots grounding you to Mother Earth's core is really helpful too x

@Pontifex I see from a lot of comments there is still a lot of deep unhealed wounds in our world, and carrying a lack of understanding. We deeply need to learn to forgive and understand and not take things out on Muslims. That is the whole point of Christianity. Need to heal broken hearts

@SGV_UK Be kind an patient with yourself, sometimes we get triggered by things and its just the bodies way of trying to remind us that it has a bruise and a wound stored somewhere within and its trying to remind us through something else that it wants us to let go so it can heal
