The way Masaka Road keeps caving in at different wetland spots needs a permanent solution. Complete overhaul maybe. We have witnessed Lwera countless times, Kalandizi falls in regularly..more recently at Kyengera under the Expressway..and now at The swamp near Buddo. @assempebwa
