@GuardsJoey Long season. It’s been a tough start to the year for sure, but I have to give him the benefit of the doubt after multiple gold glove seasons and multiple seasons of high average. Plus, if we want to trade him we absolutely need him to get hot not ride pine
@calstanvard@golfnwood Not a bad problem to have. It’s clear they have their core and they gel really well. Lacombe, Carlsson, Cutter, Sennecke, Dosty all need to be locked up long term as the core to build around. They did a great job in bringing in the veterans they have so far, but can be replaced
@NickCaminoWKYC I understand getting healthy, but part of getting right is playing winning basketball. Asking your players to think about anything else is silly leading up to the playoffs. Don’t worry about standings. If the true goal is to win a championship then bring on anyone
@JonRothstein In college where players aren’t skilled enough to do what happens in Pistons/Cavs on Friday yes. But if you have a savvy ball handler that can pull off the shot attempt and then hit the free throws it’s a brutal way to lose a game
@_BurningRiver@JacobsFieldRBW See Nick Kurtz. Same draft, younger, only 32 games. I think given how Bazzana progressed and where this team is at the timing makes sense
Classic Twitter bashing. There is a massive difference between Columbus and the big leagues. Who’s to say Brito or Arias would be better than Rocchio? Certainly not defensively. At this point the chemistry is too good between Andres and Rocchio, and he’s been having better at bats over the past few weeks.
They’ve made solid moves now with Lane adding much needed pop to the lineup. Boyd has been great. Cobb will be solid too.
It’s easy to bash when we’re down but I think they’ve done a solid job managing injuries and such.
It’s all going to come down to Naylor and Ramirez at the end of the day…
