I have said it before, and I keep saying it.
1) we run an ‘oppressive system’ in Nigeria. From the govt to a common person on the street.

That's why when Mr A buys a car, he will come on social media and show it off, basically telling people that he has joined the list of car owners— In other words, he doesn't belong to the category of people who don't have a car(people experiencing poverty)

The same thing applies to those with an iPhone, Samsung, etc. In fact, ladies pressured their boyfriends to buy them iPhones because they did not want to feel left out. Interestingly, some do not even know how to operate the phone. Q

Guys, too, are pressured into doing fraud and Yahoo Yahoo, so they show their own “car, house, etc.”

2) there's extreme poverty in Nigeria, and there is no middle class in Nigeria.

Because there's no middle class in Nigeria, everybody is pressured into showing that they're not poor.

The whole Nigeria system is fucked. People are depressed because they feel left out. Educated people support corrupt politicians because they don't want to be left out. Corrupt politicians reward educated people by appointing them as SAs with no portfolio.

The value system in Nigeria is gone.
