I am worried about paying for it after I haven’t received it! They won’t help me directing me to contact their courier myself!!

Will never shop with #ASOS again. Placed an order worth over £150, was delivered to the wrong address and now they’re refusing to send a replacement ! Plus I placed the order almost three weeks ago. Disgusting service. Where is my order @Asos??

Wish I had read the twitter feed on #asos prior to ordering. What a wank experience this has been, took my money quick as thieves and delivered nothing, robot answers and no follow up from all communication portals.

Shocking customer service from @ASOS after DPD state they’ve delivered a parcel when they haven’t!
No delivery, yet ASOS say not their problem!! ASOS you have gone downhill!!!!!
