@TicketmasterCS @TheSSEHydro can you help here please? Ticket master are cancelling tickets as they think you NEED a vaccine passport for entry to events - they don’t understand until the 18th you will not be refused entry, your website isn’t clear about this though

@TicketmasterCS Please tell me how I raise this to a complaint now and speak to someone on the phone. You are now refusing to reinstate my tickets after you wrongfully cancelled them. Customer service is ridiculous

The agent never checked this, I have emailed back and asked for my tickets to be reinstated immediately
I also sent you a further request on the day the rules had changed.
