Update - Ticwatch has been returned - been told by support that cost of return will be covered(up to $20USD-my cost was $20.37 CAD) and that new watch is due to be shipped in 1-2 days

Update - did a warranty return to support - here is the issue in case others are experiencing- very helpful at Mobvoi - thumbs up for them so far @Mobvoi_Official
