@Lowes Hey thanks, but you should probably inform your customer service reps about this. After an hour of waiting, and your systems not even FINDING my order, I was told the stores absolutely would not take this back as a return because it's past 90 days.
@Lowes great job delivering me a broken toilet and since the world has kind of been on lockdown and projects haven't really gone to plan I'm really glad to see you're sticking to the 90 day return policy and leaving me to deal with your mistake after an hour on the phone.
