[Amy @AmyAmes23]

@SW_Help It’s saying signal failure. Is that the case?

[Amy @AmyAmes23]

@RoundhouseLDN Hayley Williams tickets aren’t transferable. Please help!! Thank you

[Amy @AmyAmes23]

@SW_Help Can I ask who makes the decision to fast track a train?!

[Amy @AmyAmes23]

@SW_Help not even running that late but you’ve decided to run straight from Teddington to Wimbledon. It’s ridiculous. This is the 10.11 from Shepperton

[Amy @AmyAmes23]

@SW_Help can I ask why Kingston station is swamped with police?

[Amy @AmyAmes23]

@SW_Help can I ask why trains are not running via Kingston from Shepperton today?

[Amy @AmyAmes23]

@SW_Help Just reduce the stops & run a service please. We only have 2 trains an hour as it is!

[Amy @AmyAmes23]

@SW_Help train between Shepperton & Waterloo cancelled cos previous train running late. Why can’t you still run & stop at main stations only? It’s so frustrating.

[Amy @AmyAmes23]

@SW_Help I need to get to Shepperton from Kingston. Will the 16.09 run?

[Amy @AmyAmes23]

[Amy @AmyAmes23]

[Amy @AmyAmes23]

[Amy @AmyAmes23]

@SW_Help why no trains from Kingston to Shepperton pls?

[Amy @AmyAmes23]

@SW_Help why is it always the Shepperton branch that gets cancelled? I don’t think there’s a week goes by without some sort of problem
