@ZARA_Care Very upset. Refusing refund for a white tuxedo top that arrived with make up on it. Saying that I’m lying and that I wore it. I did not - you need to check your shipment process as it arrived like that. A call back from a manager in 48hrs not good enough. Really poor

@RebeccaSmithers One for consumer champion? Terrible service from @CertasBusiness energy provider. I ordered heating oil Feb 25, still no delivery despite promise by Mar 12. I'm not alone either. Keeping house/water warm for two kids under 3 v expensive!
I'm completely appalled to still have no oil despite ordering through Butler Fuels on Feb 25! Appalling service if you can ever get through, too! I have a baby and toddler and have been heating the house using expensive electricity. V disappointed.
