@RakshaRamaiah @AICTE_INDIA VTU allows the college to conduct online exams and RIT being autonomous are free to choose how they want conduct it. Yet they chose to do it offline to the benefit of no one.

@RakshaRamaiah Where are these guidelines? How come the students have never come across these? According to UGC the exams can be conducted online and not necessarily offline. Most of the Colleges have opted for online exams.
