@atdSalesEnable@atd Here is a thought... what if Sales Enablement deprioritizes #SKO and only drives the "enablement" portion of the show, leaving the rest up to event experts. So much of #SKO is event planning. This was actually the first thing I said no to when joining LI in 2012.
@atd Q1: Master the mind of your sales stakeholder. What are their business objectives, what are they trying to achieve, and align everything you do to those objectives. Stay as close to your customer as possible - sales leadership, management, reps, xfunctional partners...
