1,620 cals for today + 18 days binge free✨, starting to notice little recovery wins everyday. I don’t eat my food fast anymore and I actually take the time to chew the food thoroughly 🤩
Anyways 27,342 of those steps were taken with my Fitbit at work today, doing chores + at the gym (did 65mins of incline walking + a 10min jog). That 4hrs of sleep caught up to me so I couldn’t jog for 20. Hoping to get atleast 7hrs of sleep tonight, I’m exhausted 😩
1,620 cals for today + 17 days binge free✨. hit another lw this morning 🤩, there’s a high possibility I’ll escape obesity sometime this week. don’t know what I’ll do to celebrate…(obviously not treat myself with more food 🥴)
so I did end up eating last night, had 425 extra cals. was a bit nervous to weigh this morning cuz I thought it was gonna affect the scale but I hit a new lw 🤩
