Socialism sounds appealing in slogans, but it ignores where prosperity comes from. Capitalism has lifted billions out of poverty, driven innovation, created life-saving medicines, and generated the wealth that funds public programs. The problems we face deserve real solutions, but replacing free markets with socialism isn't the answer. Without the economic growth and incentives capitalism provides, there's far less wealth to distribute in the first place.
