Very disappointed in a Christmas present a friend bought me from @OliverBonas. They paid £49.50 for it in November and the quality is so poor that it’s now fallen apart after a couple of washes (at 30, as wool). Store managers says I can have just £18 back to buy another one!
@ThreeUK I’m experiencing really poor customer service. I requested a PAC code 2+ weeks ago, gave it to my new provider and they’ve been advised that 3 won’t let me leave. My contract expired March 2018. Your phone team is hopeless. I’m now paying for two contracts. Please help!
