@virginmedia NEVER in 23 years of using your WiFi and tv package has either service been so terrible! You are not providing the service I am paying for and to top it off I don’t appear to be able to access my virgin account and complaint or request an engineer seriously!!!

@virginmedia Terrible still awful on Saturday I gave up watching tv and read a book as could use my laptop either. And again the same all day yesterday at work - I’m paying more but getting a terrible service I’m not getting what I’ve paid for thinking of moving to sky as you never sort it

We’re looking into it. Check back here after 24 hours, and if there’s still an issue we’ll help you book an engineer. I’ve had an intermittent signal on my wifi for a month I work from home and constantly being dropped out of zoom calls

@premierinn terrible service trying to call Premier Inn London Enfield ALL week to ensure I’m away from the restaurant and at the end of a corridor NO ONE EVER answers and head office can’t help because I don’t know the mobile number for England Athletics Premier Inn account !!
