Being messed up by @virginmedia. 1st we were never told the old box must be returned then they charge £90 for not returning it. Trying to get this sorted is such a hassle. You’re told one thing, nothing gets done then you’re told something else.

@virginmedia once again we have broadband & tv issues. I’ve understand we’ll have intermittent service until 10th. That’s 4 days with the issue. How do I claim compensation please? Supposed ‘award winning’ service is failing with monotonous regularity.

@virginmedia You should let me access your server and site so I can update your customers. Virgin media is 100% down here in Essex and their website check is useless. It states its all ok and it 100% is DOWN. My local friends is also down. They charge a lot of money & cant update

@virginmedia Hanging up on me and ignoring my emails is not a good look, after you unlawfully putting 9 defaults on my credit file. I have evidence of you saying you will remove them. Please sort this out or I will be taking it further.
