@unphaltering1 @DeMarini They honored the warranty! I was shocked—but I did send customer service an email to plead my case, outside of the normal warranty claim email…not sure if the personal touch helped? I would definitely try that. They sent us a 2022 Voodoo One.

@DeMarini I’m with all of you…and out $650+ for a Voodoo One that’s less than a year old but its knob just popped off out of nowhere…and I can’t find the receipt which = @DeMarini gets my money and I get to buy a new bat. Their knob breaks off, it’s a known issue, but a receipt matters?
