The Trump campaign and the RNC secured a major victory with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court this week.

The state's high court rejected a challenge by Democrats to remove the requirement that mail ballots be dated.

Pennsylvania law will require voters to sign and date mail ballots.

• MINNESOTA •
Tim Walz signed the law for automatic voter registration and Driver’s License For All, which allowed non-citizens on the voter rolls. His Administration failed to remove ineligible voters and clean the voter rolls.

This week, the Trump Campaign and the RNC forced Walz’s Administration in Minnesota to inactivate over 1,000 voters on the rolls who could be non-citizens or ineligible to vote.

• NEVADA •
The Trump Campaign, RNC, and NVGOP sued Nevada Secretary of State Francisco Aguilar for illegally allowing non-citizens to register to vote and influence the election.

• MICHIGAN •
The RNC and Michigan GOP sued Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson for failing to require proper verification of absentee ballots.
