@ScotRail trying to do delay repay and it asks for a picture of my ticket, but if I try and screenshot it on the app it's protected so all I can get is a black screen, any suggestions how to proceed?

@ScotRail anyway to buy a Flexi pass when the app isn't working? Can I buy one on the train as I have a pass it can be loaded to?

@ScotRail Been on the phone over 1hr, most of which has been on hold but I've been transferred 6 times. Between transfers 4 and 5 I was told they would make sure the next one was correct but I've been told twice more they aren't the right person. Is over the phone really the only solution?

@ScotRail I've got a partially used Flexi pass on my ScotRail app but broke my phone, when I logged in on my new phone it says tickets already downloaded onto another device. How do I get my tickets?

@ScotRail Cheers, but it's strange that the 1647 is showing as running if the line is damaged? I'm just trying to figure out if I should leave work early to get that train or if I'm going to end up stuck halfway home.

@ScotRail trying to figure out how to get from Queen street to Caldercruix but all the trains appear to be completely cancelled or terminating at Airdrie until 7pm except the 1647. Is that right or are things still changing?

@ScotRail is the 1741 Bellgrove to Edinburgh still coming? It was listed as an extra journey on the checker and then was showing as on time from Patrick at 1730 on the app but now delayed indefinitely?

@ScotRail carriage 74314 appears to have a leaky roof. There's drips coming in (mostly when the train is going round a bend) through the ceiling panel with the holes in it near the toilet

What a difference a 30 min shorter commute home in the evening and owning a dishwasher has made to my attitude towards cooking 😂 It's nothing particularly fancy but I think I've only had 2 cook from frozen dinners and no takeaways in the last 3 weeks so quite proud of myself
