@SunCountryAir You seem to have forgotten we are still in a global pandemic and refuse to extend the deadline for using our airline credit from last March (purchased in Dec). Not asking for a refund, just want to wait until it's safe and states are open before booking a flight.
@SunCountryAir I also don't think I should have to pay an EXTRA $39 to guarantee no change fees. @SunCountryAir received a federal bailout. That grace should be extended to customers. All I'm asking if for an extension to use the credits, not a refund.
@SunCountryAir I realize I don't need to fly now but you are still asking that I make a plan for next summer when we have no idea what will be open and/or what restrictions will be in place. I am a teacher and can not make plans to travel before next summer.

But I can pay an EXTRA $39 to guarantee no change fees for flights I will inevitably have to change! Didn't you receive a bailout?

@msleevang Agreed! There was absolutely nothing easy about distance learning. Well, except for not having to shower as much ;) I cried almost everyday between March-June.
@hotelsdotcom I know you are extremely busy. I've tried calling - can't get through. Sent a DM but no reply. I have a reservation for Sat Mar 21 that needs to be canceled. I used my "free stay" credit on a non-refundable room. I never intended to cancel but cruise was canceled. Please help!
@SunCountryAir I've called multiple days in a row at various times without luck. I need to cancel my flight for Saturday. Every call I'm told "all circuits are busy" and then I'm hung up on. I know this is a crazy time for you all and you're extremely busy. We need other options.

Spoke with @BALCIsd students today. While they may not all know exactly what they want to do after high school, these students do know they must consider whether a career skill or college is the right path. Congress can help by investing in career skills and technical ed. #MN02
It’s been an exciting couple of days here at BAHS with visits from Jason Lewis and Angie Craig! They both spent time discussing the issues with our Social Studies classes. Our BAHS students never cease to amaze me with their level of questioning and curiosity. @ISD191#WeAreOne91
