@nextofficial so disappointing to receive such awful customer service. You told me it was refunded and gave me the tracking number. I checked it with my bank… nothing. But! No one will reply to me? So, where to from here?

@SkyHelpTeam I was told there are zero options for data packages regarding Singapore (after I’d arrived here) and that I needed to get a new sim. Not able to do that as my phone is locked to Sky. Useless advice and completely contradictory to what Sky told us on Saturday! #CustomerService
