@AmazonUK The item was delivered late, returned, received on 7 July, and was fully intact. Customer Service say the refund was processed, yet the Specialist Team declined it. My order now shows “Refund issuance failed”.
No reason given. No human contact. No accountability.(2)

@AmazonUK Amazon’s Account Specialist Team is unreachable. Customer Service refuse to discuss my case and direct me to an appeal form that only sends automated replies.

The issue: Amazon is withholding a £179.99 refund with no explanation. (1)
