Due to a lack of fur, humans get cold in the winter. Mine sure does! Even with an entire laundry basket of layers on, she was whiny 45 minutes into my evening walk. So we compromised, and I took her to the underground parking area and worked on her obedience skills. After years of consistent training, I think she's doing reasonably well.
