I've been having protein shakes and broth bc eating is difficult. I've dropped from a 3x bottom and 4x top to an XL bottom and large top. Over 60 lbs gone. I work out until I make myself sick, then clean up and keep going. I'm still wearing my 4x tees to the gym.
