@IngrahamAngle You claim to be a Christian, yet you lie and spew hate like this to score points. Do you really think Jesus wants you to be so hateful? Literally NO ONE is disappointed about a successful rescue. We ALL prayed for it, all Christians, right or left. You need to stop.
This is so wholesome.
48 years ago today, on the last ever Carol Burnett Show, Tim Conway surprised Carol with her idol, Jimmy Stewart.
Her reaction transforms her into a kid again.
@AnaKasparian I never have. Feel free to continue lying publicly, though. Those checks don’t cash themselves and you aren’t talented enough to be relevant with the truth.
Jessica Tarlov just said what no one in power will:
“The government has killed 32 people in 7 strikes with no proof they were traffickers. The admiral leading the mission quit. If we had evidence, they’d face a court, not a drone.”
Seven strikes. Thirty-two dead. Zero indictments.
That’s not law enforcement; it’s extrajudicial murder dressed up as “national security.”
If you're a firm conservative and you believe this path doesn't eventually lead to your own speech being censored by the Trump regime, you are sorely mistaken. That day is coming. I promise you.
And if you ignore that longterm consequence out of favor for short-term schadenfreude over someone liberal being censored by the government, you need to ask yourself whether you really support the First Amendment.
I'm not asking you to support liberal opinions or refrain from boycotts of entertainment you don't like. I may find that position ridiculous, but that's your right.
Boycott movies and shows. Boycott businesses. Criticize Kimmel and Colbert and everyone else you don't like. By all means, leverage your capital in the marketplace of ideas.
But the moment you support or enable the government to punish people with wrong opinions, it only becomes a matter of time before your own opinion is being punished by the government.
I don't give my money to anti-trans people. I don't watch their shows. I don't buy their products. I don't think they deserve my money or my attention. That's my right.
But if the government were to directly punish someone for expressing an anti-trans opinion, I would be the first in line to defend them. Even if I believe they're an insufferable clown, I will still defend their First Amendment rights.
Either you believe in First Amendment protections, or you don't. Either you believe the government has no business punishing someone's speech, or you don't.
@JDVance@marcorubio This isn't funny. Your assault on our First Amendment, all while you defend your right to guns under the Second Amendment, is not going unnoticed. Our Founding Fathers are rolling in their graves, and it isn't with laughter.
Our democracy is not self-executing. It depends on us all as citizens, regardless of our political affiliations, to stand up and fight for the core values that have made this country the envy of the world.
Turning point is a political organization. Sinclair is demanding Kimmel donate to an organization opposite his political beliefs.
Insane. I must say i think the right is jumping the shark with this, there will be a backlash
Just so we’re clear, this is the clip that got Jimmy Kimmel’s show shelved by ABC.
If I’m missing any other clips please let me know.
This is also what Jimmy Kimmel said the day that Charlie Kirk was assassinated:
“Instead of the angry finger-pointing, can we just for one day agree that it is horrible and monstrous to shoot another human? On behalf of my family, we send love to the Kirks and to all the children, parents and innocents who fall victim to senseless gun violence.”
