According to Instagram, City Blue Imaging is owned by Mark Cleary. It’s been operating almost 95 YEARS making gift card holders & other prints for some local favorites, @TheLittleRoch, Branca, Pizza Wizard & Bitter Honey. Cleary was offering curbside services,was closed yesterday
