We are so proud of our heart warrior Eva, left, for representing young people with CHD and speaking of her patient experience at the global AEPC conference in Dublin today.
Eva is pictured here with Amy, from Dublin, who also spoke of her lived experience. #AEPC2023#chd
I wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who got involved in my fundraiser! Whether you donated in school by coming to the teacher VS student match, buying raffle tickets or donating online. Just know your donations have made a difference! Together we raised €2,734.10! ✨
With the help of her school Loreto bray, Amy set up a teacher VS student match and a raffle all in aid of Make-A-Wish! A massive thank you to Amy and all the students and teachers at @brayloreto who were a part of this amazing achievement ⭐

Amy is 'wishing it forward' by raising funds to help grant wishes for other children who need the magic of a wish. Amy had her wish granted to meet the cast of #StrangerThings in 2019 and shared that "it feels amazing to be able to give back to such a wonderful cause!"
A big thank you to the 6th Years and Teachers who played a high quality soccer match for the @MakeAWish_ie today. Thank you to everyone who supported the event; those who bought match tickets, raffle tickets and those who donated online.
I am fundraising for Make-A-Wish Ireland. Make-A-Wish went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful to them for making my wish come true!
I would love to be able to get the chance to give back to such a wonderful organization! ⭐️
