@Ryanair cancelled my flight 10th Oct, I made a complaint/claim 25th Oct. 22nd Nov they confirmed claim was being processed and would respond within 28 days from day of claim! Nearly 2 months later... nothing! Just DM’d me asking to provide all details again! #poorservice
@SThomasx Bry told me to do it soph! We had to can our entire holiday because @Ryanair couldn’t reschedule or provide another flight so we lost hundreds!!!! On another note hope your ok x
Disgusting service from @Ryanair Not only did they cancel my flight 30mins after I boarded the plane on the 11th Oct- since then they have not responded to my numerous online completed forms&emails! The cancellation may have been out of their control but poor communication since!
