Being good at yoga shouldn't be a thing at all. You don't need to be good at drinking water, or being kind to others, you get the benefits from doing it. The benefit of yoga is that you feel better and have a better connection to yourself and the world around you.
Sitting outside in OC at a local restaurant. Hilarious seeing how many parents drive by beeping and waving at the Easter Bunny, and kids are just sitting back there.😂

There is always movement in balance. When we feel off balance we are often struggling so hard to freeze and not move, fighting nature. When things feel tense, soften and watch your breath move you. You'll come right back home every time.
@ABMPmassage I’ve learned what NOT to do. If something doesn’t feel right or hurts, I remember that. If it’s good, (even the hurts so good), I tend to doze off! LOL
