@Avabelly__ This is insane to me. We dont have tipping in Australia, we pay our workers what they rightfully deserve. I am a cleaner at a private school and I make $38 an hour (aus) that is award wages. We dont have to worry about thr awkwardness and expectation of tipping, i cant imagine.
