Why does Holden crave conversation so badly, but constantly drive people away and criticize them? #zapfv

[Amy @amytranfvhs]

Holden has a strong draw towards children because he grew up quickly. He experienced his brother's death & other brother selling out. #zapfv

@cathyfvenglish however, holden is an unreliable narrator and may just be exaggerating his experience. #zrye4

[Amy @amytranfvhs]

@ginasheeks I think his problem is he is looking for someone genuine among the phonies. He has a difficult finding anyone & that troubles him. #zrye4

@Brian_Chu13 families have the strongest bonds. if you can't stay connected w/ immediate family, how can you make unite w/ strangers #zapfv

[Amy @amytranfvhs]
