Hey @pantaloonsindia, your app refuses to send OTPs saying "limit exceeded"—and just locks me out from logging in. It’s a shopping app, not a govt portal or a bank! Why on earth can't I log in to buy something? What will I have to do to place an order on this app of yours?

@cromaretail has the worst delivery and after sales service. Even though the delivery was denied few days back... They aren't ready yet to process the refund.

My question is... Why is the delivery on hold when it has been communicated clearly to the delivery person to CANCEL it.

@zomato @zomatocare @deepigoyal @deepigoyal @zomato @zomatocare my question is this. How can you deny a customer a VALID refund if in they approached u to intimate wrong order received and you sent them to mail without giving them proper instruction to capture image of the food also.
Will this stand in court?

Ordered something from @zomato today and received a wrong order. I went immediately to help section to chat with customer service and intimate them. Now to my surprise they only support email now. I clicked picture of the receipt that comes with the order for reference.

@zomato @zomatocare @deepigoyal 3/n now @zomato denies any refund because they can't confirm this from their end. Hilarious isn't it? They couldn't confirm with their restaurant partner by calling them.
@deepigoyal I am really sorry, 350rs isn't a big deal but I am sorry to be part of ZOMATO Gold.

Why he didn't collect fares at the Airport bus stand... How is this safe?

@BMTC_BENGALURU KIA-15A Driver stopped the bus outside Airport. This is such an irresponsible behaviour and negligence on part of BMTC. Why there is no ticket collector. Bus left Airport at 23:30 and at 00:09 we are still at Airport outskirts waiting for driver to collect tickets

This is a scam going on @reliancejio postpaid. When you apply for a postpaid sim, be aware how much you pay the representatives. They ask for security deposit but that amount is never invoiced and doesn't reflect in your bill. That goes into the pockets of representatives.

@JioCare I raised a port request from Vi Postpaid to Jio Postpaid. I was charged Rs.599 by the @reliancejio representative but invoice generated was only Rs.99. Where did the rest of Rs.500 go?

@rentomojo has really bad service, ordered a bed on 4th April, since then it has been rescheduled twice... Cancelled the order twice at the last moment and kept the customer waiting. When will I get my delivery?
