@SCoRMembers Definitely worse off, I get a pay rise and I owe my trust now £200 backdated from the April pay rise. This mean the staff I manage ( top band 7's) took home more take home pay than me for working the same hours. Smack in the face or what? Feel disillusioned

Pay isn’t the only reason I’m leaving the NHS. But Band 8a has become even more unattractive. Flat rate £1400 equates to just 2.9%, plus 5 year wait for increment ➡️ crisis in R&R of clinical specialists. AfC needs overhaul and fast. Solidarity with any industrial action. #NHSpay
