I am a big fan of sketchnote visuals. They help make knowledge and ideas more accessible and easy to remember. Our brains process visuals 60x faster than the written word. You can find all the sketchnotes from @HorizonsNHS on the same page. They have been viewed & downloaded millions of times: https://t.co/78gyec8cFB Lovingly drawn by @LeighAKendall

Delivering large scale change depends on our ability to make many small scale changes. However, if all we do is small wins, things can get predictable & routine. We can get bored & disengage. That's why we need to mix things up often with bursts of small changes that look & feel a bit different. This helps us to stay committed & excited. Should you take on that new project? Even if you already have a massive workload or too many existing priorities, the answer should be "yes" if it connects with the things that motivate you at the deepest level. 3 questions to ask yourself, based on the 3 levers of intrinsic motivation:
Play: will this project create pure joy for me, right now?
Purpose: does it connect with my unique zone of genius or my greatest dreams or goals?
Potential: will this project help create a life I love?

When we're seeking to improve our practices (the actions & routines we undertake on a daily basis), the approach we should take depends on the type of practice. If it's novel practice, we cannot be clear whether our actions will deliver the results we seek (cause & effect not clear), so we have to test at small scale. If it's best practice, we should build it into pathways & SOPs. But even best practice needs to keep evolving.
Taking pills is an important life skill for children to learn. They’re less sickly than suspensions, have less sugar and more common in pharmacies. Take our short e-learning course. https://t.co/dHocw5OxTr
