it’s incredible how many of our problems boil down to “the wealthiest people aren’t getting taxed at the rates we used to tax them, and middle-class living standards and investment in public goods are collapsing as a result.”
SERIOUSLY. museum shops should just be entirely full of replicas. i can't tell you how many times i've said "man i wish i had that cool little thing on my mantle"

I WANT A MAJAPAHIT PIGGY BANK
@meowrissssa @slfisher And especially how much mountain dew me & my younger brother drank that night. He stuffed every pocket he had with cans and tried to be the sundial salesman from Hercules.
@meowrissssa @slfisher And how proud I was as a recent bat mitzvah to be able to take a turn carrying one of the Torahs for a few minutes. The whole congregation walked the Torahs alongside the building that night.

**specifically looking for publications that are open to photographers with little to no experience**
One of my favorite lies to tell myself is that I’ll get to it at a time when I’m in the mood.
