It's skills. 61% cite talent as the primary obstacle. In the most committed organizations, it's 90%
The workforce to execute the transition isn't there yet
The entire quantum computing industry made ~$1B in 2025
The market to prepare for quantum? $2.8B-$7.8B by 2030
You don't need a working quantum computer to build a billion-dollar industry around it. You just need the reasonable expectation that one is coming
