@Stay_Iecy Only saying yeah because I think BIS dps cape shouldn’t be locked behind stuff that’s time lock or gated or whatever. If I enjoy pvming and not skilling, I should be allowed to benefit the BIS stuffs without slaving away reqs just for 1.2%. So, like, cape rework, not rlly comp.

@MocktailRS Yo mock, rlly late into this and unsure if u’ve gotten it yet, but just a thought, turning off range pray during the p3 butst so DTB reflects up to about 1k+ damage on rax, could rlly help. Any thoughts?
