|23 yo| I don’t pro-anything. In my free time I try to support people with ED in recovery. Give them hope and realize that it is possible to get out of this.
@mchinegirl But you will get through this, sunshine. You have to have hope. The pain will pass and things will definitely get better. You have to give your body time and start taking serious care of yourself and your body
@sorrowfullily It's good that you see the positives of this situation. But really, the fact that you gain weight doesn't change the fact that you will always be the same valuable person, but definitely happier and with more energy
@sorrowfullily Besides, you exercise so it is probably muscle mass which is heavier than fat for the same volume. Remember that regardless of the number on the scale you will always be beautiful and sufficient
@sorrowfullily Don't worry about it. I know it's not that easy, but you should be proud of yourself for trying and trying to get out of it. I know that even every gram more hurts, but remember that every gram more brings you closer to getting out of it and being more healthy and happy
@mchinegirl Good to see you. Slowly moving forward. You'll make it. You've survived the worst, or at least I hope so, so it should only get better. I wish you good health
@sorrowfullily Your family definitely cares about you and will always worry about you, because that's how it works in a normal family. They really want to help you
@sorrowfullily And please don't avoid the doctor. I'm worried about you. And you really need professional help. There's nothing to be afraid of. Remember, it can only get better
@sorrowfullily In general, it's worth being honest with your doctor if you want real help. There's really nothing to be afraid of. If your doctor, in his assessment, finds that your behavior doesn't indicate a real threat to your life, he probably won't take any additional action
@sorrowfullily This is all temporary. Unfortunately, in life it is like this, that when something bad starts happening, it is usually not a single thing, but it will pass and everything will get back on track. Chin up
