I have given Edge40neo on 30/05/24 to service centre @Motorolasupport inAkola after facing issues, but even after 18 days its still not repaired and returned. No update on the website either, kindly take action right now.

@motorolaindia More than 20 days, 1 call yesterday from the service centre instantly after placing a complaint on consumer forum, and no follow up today. No reason given for the 20 days delay.

@motorolaindia The responses both on call and on email are the same, no update about the repair or when its going to be delivered. Is the phone actually being serviced? Is he going to get the phone back?
