Travelling right now with @AirCanada who assured us via customer service chat (screengrabbed) that the information on their website re free first bag is accurate. At airport, charged for bags and told website is just wrong. Stellar work AirCanada. Misleading info. Rubbish service
@AirCanada I'll DM the reference, but your website, per the screengrab, clearly says economy basic = 1 free bag. There's no room for misinterpretation there.
Introducing the first of our 2022-23 HATCH artists, Cliodhna McAllister.
Cliodhna is a theatre-maker from Newry. She is founder & Artistic Director of @blacklight_ie - a cross-border transmedia theatre company.
@ClaireByrneLive Suggest we ask them their thoughts on your comments on earlier shows RE whether NI should be "allowed" to vaccinate everyone in the North. Not terribly optimistic about the possibility Claire Byrne will be able to temper increasingly colonial language like this.
Just watched #Immaculate from @tinderboxNI. Such a powerful story, such gorgeous design, and all beautifully communicated. Congrats to all involved! If you haven't already, grab tickets here: https://t.co/erUYpJSWaU

@crusaders1898@DumfriesMorton@frankieboyle@rennie1948 Even in my lifetime the British gov actively blocked local elections even happening because SF appeared to be edging forward. But let's not waste time on pedantry. We haven't started talking about internment yet. Our democratic rights have been consistently trashed.
@PhilipPullman Glad so many Brits are furious, sad it's come to this. But in NI, we've seen countless iterations of UK gov strip away civil and human rights to serve imperialism. This may be the last straw for you guys, but if we get a chance to build something better, heed all that went before
@therealgokwan I know right?! And yet we still haven't heard any reply to our concerns about abortion rights in NI further to your rant about Alabama... We need celebrities like you, who position themselves as allies of women, to speak for us. We are women of the UK, too.
@jeremycorbyn So like... What are you doing for us then? We've been waiting forever. So pissed it takes an American news story to make you chumps remember NI.
Alabama abortion law is utterly appalling. But remember- women in Northern Ireland still have no access to legal abortion care in their own country. We cannot condemn Alabama while women in the UK continue to be denied access.

@therealgokwan They don't in NI - our laws are actually even more restrictive. Really wish UK minds could be blown by the horrific human rights abuses happening in Northern Ireland, under UK gov's watch.
@TarynDeVere I was thinking, how about RTE has a wee chat about the anti-women laws in Ireland? An hour up the road from Donnybrook the laws are still more restrictive than Alabama's new legislation.
