also consider accuracy in the normalisation formula. than it will be completely Better.

@rrbadi Wrong method of normalisation.accuracy doesn't matter in this formula and that is totally wrong.bcoz in every exam min50%easy que if a candidate score 50%in hard shift (only easy questions attempt)and their marks goes high via normalisation. #injustice @RRBKOLKATA @rrbmalda
