Was your issue later fixed ? Because I just paid for the device now and I didn’t get any instruction on how to get the device
Last week, our PGD Batch 17 students had the privilege of learning from Dr. Samuel Izidor, a distinguished Oil & Gas Production Professional and retired Advisor at TotalEnergies.
The session marked the commencement of Petroleum Module, offering a concise yet technically robust exposition of the industry. Students explored key concepts such as hydrocarbon formation and accumulation, subsurface dynamics, surface production operations, product processing, refining technologies, as well as essential safety protocols and career pathways.
Student also gained a solid theoretical understanding of the well life cycle, field development planning (FDP), and rig systems. Particular emphasis was placed on well control, with insights into kicks and blowouts, alongside prevention and mitigation strategies. Well perforation techniques and their role in optimizing reservoir productivity were also examined. Overall, the session was highly impactful.
We look forward to more intellectually stimulating, professionally enriching, and insight-driven engagements as the program progresses.

I love that A Thousand Splendid Suns radicalised so many women and gave us one of the most heart breaking stories but simultaneously most beautiful.
I will personally never read that book again because once was enough but I will ALWAYS recommend it.
the biggest downside to reading widely is that your patience for shallow books disappears. you start noticing lazy writing instantly. it becomes harder to pretend you enjoyed something just because everyone else did.

You’re welcome.✨
When I was in my late teens, I got into books. Reading 60-90 minutes. I got a happy rush just thinking about getting in my cosy bed, turning on the bedside yellow lamp, and disappearing into a totally different world. I read thick books. Just so that I can stay longer in that world. I read Harry Potter. Anna Karenina. Brothers Karamazov. Crime & Punishment. In Search Of Lost Time.
Later working I kept the habit by reading during commute to work in the metro. I read 100 Years of Solitude. The Fountain Head. And almost all books by Murakami.
I did it to pass time. But now I see it. The long-term effect of 15 years of reading. It changes your brain. It feels like therapy. Slows you down. Helps you notice the little things. Expands your perception of the world and people. Makes you smarter. And an interesting person probably.
Spent today diving into MLflow + DagsHub – game-changers for tracking ML experiments!
Logged my first runs: params, metrics, artifacts all versioned + reproducible without setup headaches.
Perfect for comparing well production forecasting models in my upcoming petroleum project 🛢️📊
DagsHub gives free remote MLflow server + Git integration – loving the zero-config vibe!
Who's using MLflow/DagsHub in energy or upstream analytics? Tips welcome! 👇

My dad’s business has been slow, and it’s taking a toll on him. He complained to me last night and I don't know how else to help than this. He sells top-quality wood, planks, and plywood at Amu, Mushin. He’s basically your guy for building materials. Pls RT if you see this 🥹
Day 3 of learning python
It’s actually starting to be a bit intuitive…
Obviously some of it is beginner optimism but I’m feeling good about it
Ready for day 4

Day 2
Kind of went a different route today
Had focus on the basics a little
Just your typical python fundamentals…
Still got it done…ready for day 3
