@venkat_fin9 @Flipkart I had the same experience with Flipkart when I bought a Livpure water purifier. The Flipkart delivery person asked to check any physical damages and confirm with OTP. The Installation guy came and informed that the product delivered is Faulty & Flipkart then said to go for repair
